Haven't figured out what I want to say about chicken yet, but I do cook it often.

• fried chicken - I loved the way this one turned out and the paprika!!!! yum

• crockpot - this also includes directions for making stock afterward
• roasted - reviews on this call for a little more or different spices

other

• bourbon chicken - I tried this one and it was really good

Pancakes

I love good pancakes so and I have found a few good recipes.

• Good Old Fashion Pancakes - good standard recipe (you might use a little less salt)
• Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes - has flour, wheat flour and oats
• Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes - this sits for an hour before cooking
• German Pancake - I have got to get a cast iron pan
• German Potato Pancake - more of a hash brown

I am trying to gather and organize some of my recipes and will post them as they get straightened out.

Breakfast meat

I would probably not have thought of this as a separate category, but I ran across some good recipes for breakfast sausage. It's made from ground turkey. The first one was too mild and the second one was too hot. Then I accidentally got them mixed up used ingredients from both and it was pretty darn good.

Breakfast sausage  - I didn't know you could make this stuff

• Turkey Sausage Patties - I have to alter this one some. half the meat and cut back on the pepper and salt
• Turkey Breakfast Patties - This is the first on that I tried and it opened my eyes to what can be done with spices

Bacon  - In the past I would have said that nothing could be better than just plain crisp bacon, but maybe I was wrong.

• Chipotle and Honey Glazed Bacon
• Spiced bacon twists 
• Pig Candy (aka brown sugar bacon) 
• Maple Mustard Canadian Bacon
• Mustard and Jalapeno Rubbed Bacon

French Toast

Something really simple to make in the morning. I sometimes use only bread and egg and don't add milk or sprinkle powdered sugar on it. I plan to come back and add to this list.

Omelet

This morning I found out about a couple of really great sounding omelets that I had never heard of. I never really stopped to think about what all an omelet could be. Omelet is defined as a dish consisting of beaten eggs cooked until set and folded over. Most have a filling inside. This could be a great way to use some leftover meat or vegetables.

Regular Omelet - just cheese and or vegetables inside

Bread Omelet - a slice of bread inside. It's a south India street food. Looks like less mess than making french toast.
