Omelet

This morning I found out about a couple of really great sounding omelets that I had never heard of. I never really stopped to think about what all an omelet could be. Omelet is defined as a dish consisting of beaten eggs cooked until set and folded over. Most have a filling inside. This could be a great way to use some leftover meat or vegetables.

Regular Omelet - just cheese and or vegetables inside

Bread Omelet - a slice of bread inside. It's a south India street food. Looks like less mess than making french toast.

Japanese Omelet Rice  (Omu Raisu) - omelet with fried rice and vegetables inside. I can't wait to try this out.

Oven Omelets - This is something you can put together ahead of time then cook last minute
